The Dan Murphy Real Estate Team was phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better team from start to finish. Dan and his wife, Carrie, were very professional from the very start and they followed up on everything they said they could do. They were very helpful with assisting us to get our house ready to sell and then once ready getting it sold quickly. What more can you ask for? They provided us referrals for any of the work we needed to get done and facilitated the work happening as we were trying to get all this done while living out of state. I would definitely recommend the Murphy Team if you want to sell or buy a home and I will use them again if I am in the market.

Dan consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Dan was there to provide valuable, experienced feedback on our thoughts and concerns, and supported us with regular, ongoing communication. He and his wife Carrie who had had many years appraisal experience were always ready with a helpful tip or to even help us prep the house! And this is how we know of their sincere concern for our interests - when one aspect of the deal did not fall in our favor, Dan volunteered to use some of his own commission to help us! The real deal.

My husband and I recently worked with Dan Murphy and the Murphy Real Estate Team to sell a home in the Northside of Ft. Worth. We couldn't be happier with the results. He was excellent from the moment we met and continued to be so throughout the entire process. The selling process can be quite stressful, especially when dealing with an older home.
